• Player identity: When you connect through Apple Game Center, we use your Game Center player identifier and display name to identify your Padel Smash profile and authenticate online features. We do not receive your Apple password.
• Game activity: We store match results, scores, wins and losses, points, level and progression information, and practice records to provide game features and standings.
• Social activity: Friend connections, invitations, matchmaking requests, blocks, and online availability support finding and playing with other players.
• Profile photos: When you connect through Game Center, we may obtain and store a small copy of your Game Center photo. You can instead choose an image with the system photo picker, crop it, and save it as your profile photo. The picker gives the app the image you select, not access to your entire photo library. Your selected photo appears immediately on your device. With your permission, we upload the cropped thumbnail and screen it before sharing it with other players.
• Notifications: If you enable push notifications, we register a device push token and an app installation identifier with your profile. We also store your notification choices, app language, time zone, recent registration time, whether the app is in the foreground, and delivery status to send invitations and reminders at appropriate times.
• Optional purchases: If you buy a Club Point pack through the App Store when packs are available, we receive Apple-verified transaction information, including the product, transaction identifier, purchase date, price and currency when supplied, and refund status. A purchase token links the transaction to your game profile so we can credit points and handle retries and refunds. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your payment card or bank account details.
• On-device data: Settings, selected characters, and local game progress are saved on your device.
• Support and reports: If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. The website contact form collects your chosen topic, email address, and message. Resend delivers these messages to our inbox so we can respond. In-app reports include the reporting and reported profiles, the report reason, optional details, the relevant photo revision, and review status. Authorized moderators can see this information to investigate; it is not shown to other players.
• Technical information: Our hosting and online service providers may process IP addresses, request times, and service logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We use this information to operate the game, authenticate players, maintain records and leaderboards, connect players, deliver notifications and purchases, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse. Your display name, profile photo, standings, and game record may be visible to other players. Approved profile photos can be retrieved by signed-in players and displayed on profiles and leaderboards. A replacement waiting for screening is visible to its owner; other players continue to see the previous approved photo or a placeholder. Social features also show information needed for invitations and matches.

Apple Game Center provides gaming and multiplayer services, Apple Push Notification service delivers notifications, and the App Store processes purchases. Supabase provides backend infrastructure for our online features, including profile photos, notification registration, purchase records, and sponsorship reporting. Service providers process information needed to deliver those services. Apple’s own services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Before sending your photo for automatic screening, the app asks for your permission. If you allow it, OpenAI receives the cropped profile thumbnail to check for inappropriate content. We do not include your name, Game Center identifier, game records, or the original full-resolution image in that screening request. OpenAI states that API content is not used to train its models by default. Its API data controls describe retention and safety exceptions; we do not promise that no provider records can ever be retained.

Photos that pass screening become visible automatically. Flagged photos stay private while an authorized moderator reviews them. We retain submitted thumbnails, consent records, screening results, and moderation decisions to operate this process and prevent repeated misuse. If you decline, your selected preview can remain on your device without being sent for screening. Existing photos are not sent to OpenAI until you give permission.

You can report a profile or photo from the game’s player menus, block a player, or contact us at kolby@relivo.com. Reports are reviewed and inappropriate photos may be removed. Reporting does not automatically publish your report or disclose it to the reported player.

Padel Smash supports contextual sponsorships, such as court artwork and match branding. The app requests content using the selected venue, available placements, and a match identifier. When a sponsor campaign is shown, it reports match duration, which placements were visible, how long they were visible, and how much screen space they occupied. We use these records to measure campaign delivery and prepare performance reports. The match identifier may connect sponsorship records to your gameplay records.

These sponsorships are selected using game context. The app does not use an advertising identifier or combine this information with activity from other companies’ apps or websites to target ads or measure advertising across those services.

With your permission, the camera scans nearby court codes and can help locate your TV during aiming setup. Camera frames used for these features are processed on your device and are not uploaded or recorded by these features. TV aiming also offers a motion-only setup option. Motion sensors translate your phone movements into racket controls. Nearby play exchanges room details, player information, and gameplay inputs between participating devices over an encrypted peer connection.

If you choose to record gameplay, the game saves a video locally and lets you share it through the destination you select. The game’s recording feature does not enable the microphone. A recording or shared screen can include player names, profile photos, and game activity, so review it before sharing. Camera, local-network, and notification access can be managed in iOS Settings.

This Padel Smash website, including these support pages, is hosted on Vercel and does not currently include analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to deliver and secure it. The separate Relivo website at relivo.com uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage, which may involve cookies and device or browser information. That website analytics is separate from this Padel Smash website and the Padel Smash app. Browser controls can limit or remove cookies.

You can play solo matches and practice without connecting to online features. You can manage Game Center through your device’s settings and block players through the game’s social features. Adding a custom photo is optional. Choose “Use Game Center Photo” from your profile photo menu to replace a custom photo with your Game Center photo, or clear it if Game Center has no photo. You can choose notification categories in the game’s Settings and turn notifications off in iOS Settings. Changes to the game’s notification preferences sync when the app connects.

We retain player records while needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. You can delete your online profile in Padel Smash under Settings → Delete online profile. This removes its stored profile photos, photo-screening consent, reports made by or about that profile, social connections, notification registrations, and associated progression records, and clears that profile’s saved progress on the device used to delete it. Purchase transaction records and a detached purchase token are retained to handle refunds and prevent duplicate credits; deletion removes the token’s link to your profile. Sponsorship delivery records may remain with their match identifiers. Moderation audit records may retain profile and photo identifiers, screening results and categories, screening attempt counts, report references, decisions, and the reviewing account for service security. These audit records do not contain the photo itself or the report’s free-text details.

To request access, correction, or help with deletion, email kolby@relivo.com. We may verify ownership before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation.

Deleting the app removes its local data but does not by itself delete online records. Deleting Padel Smash records does not delete your Apple account or records independently held by Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object to certain processing or complain to a data protection authority.

The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect online information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

We may update this policy as the game or our practices change.
